----------------------------------------
A color-order model of the flagship and ultra-classic M#245.
ATELIER Z is a long-established Japanese brand that enjoys widespread support from both professional and amateur players across a variety of genres. This particular model is the M#245, the company's flagship model widely known as a high-quality, domestically produced active JB bass. Furthermore, it boasts a backbone based on the intentions of Tomohito Aoki, and is highly regarded as a model favored by musicians.
While based on the 70s Fender JB, this bass incorporates a body shape with an original design that takes into consideration the prevention of the instrument tipping over, the installation of the unique low-action setting "Z Tuning System" that provides a pleasant buzz, the powerful active sound of the Bartolini XTCT (which also has a mid-cut control in the cavity), the brand's signature heavy-duty original bridge, and a thick clear pickguard and pickup fence that allows for smooth control of thumbing and pulling when slapping, which is a specialty of this brand. The specifications and design are packed with attention to detail from a bassist's perspective. Furthermore, this instrument is made with the latest specifications, including an added master tone design, which allows for fine nuances even when using passive mode.
This bass boasts a dynamic and powerful bass thanks to its ash body, a pleasantly tight sound image, and a fast attack response thanks to its coated one-piece maple neck. You can enjoy the dynamic and clear sound of a 70's JB bass with a supple touch, making it truly a player's gear. Furthermore, the rich vibration produced by the full-size body and the pleasant, rustic tone resulting from the open resonance of the traditional neck construction without graphite support are also key features and appealing aspects of this model.
This instrument is a custom color order model offered by our store. The Olympic White matching headstock is paired with a white pearl pickguard and gold hardware. The control panel remains the conventional clear panel and is provided as an accessory. The look is inspired by artist models made by a certain high-end overseas brand that adopts a traditional style. Not only is the distinctive sound instantly recognizable, but the peace of mind that comes from our workshop's carefully managed product quality control is also one of the reasons why it captivates many bassists. Take this opportunity to get your hands on this authentic model that will make its presence felt on stage and in the recording studio.
