There are some small dents on the headstock and body sides, as well as some scratches and tarnish on the metal parts, but it maintains relatively good compression.
More than 90% of the frets remain, and the electrical system and truss rod are in working order, making this a great bargain.
Genuine hard case included Weight: Approx. 4.48kg
~~~~~The following is the product description for a new item. ~~~~~
Gibson USA Kirk Hammett Greeny now in stock!!
This legendary guitar, once owned by three legendary guitarists, is now available in USA-made condition!
The story of "Greeny" is shrouded in mystery, but no guitar is more glorious than this one. Greeny is one of the most iconic original Les Paul™ Standards ever made, with a sound as unique as the guitar itself. Formerly owned by Peter Green, who played it during his time with Fleetwood Mac, he later sold it to Gary Moore, who used it for 30 years as a member of Thin Lizzy and as a solo artist. Currently owned by Metallica's Kirk Hammett, Greeny has been instrumental in the playing of three legendary guitarists.
It features a stunning AAA maple top, authentic Grover pegs, a matte faded finish, control knobs that blend 50s and 60s styles, and dedicated Greenybucker pickups.The bridge position not only produces a crunchy sound with the bridge muted, but the neck pickup is mounted upside down and has reversed polarity, so the middle switch is out of phase, producing a very distinctive sound.
This is a masterpiece filled with cool specs.
