REVSTAR STANDARD
The RSS20 is available in five cafe racer-inspired colors. It features a chambered body, a carbon fiber neck insert, a five-position selector, and a focus switch, providing a wide variety of practical sounds. This is the left-handed model of the RSS20.
・THE NEW STANDARD
This new standard model from Revstar features a 5-position selector, focus switch, and two types of pickups, providing a wide range of sounds.
The chamber is based on Yamaha's acoustic analysis process, "Acoustic Design," to achieve a rich resonance and a lightweight body. Furthermore, carbon fiber is inserted into the neck to improve rigidity and resonance.
- 5-position selector Positions 2 and 4 on the selector give you a sound similar to the half-tone of a normal 3-single-coil guitar without reducing the volume.
The push-pull tone knob is a Yamaha original focus switch. It has the effect of increasing the number of pickup turns, allowing for aggressive tone changes that emphasize the mid-low range.
Choose from a variety of pickups: the RSS20 and RSS20L with humbuckers, and the RSS02T with a P-90 single coil. Both pickups are Yamaha-developed and feature Alnico V magnets for a powerful tone.
