The BOSS ME Series multi-effects units feature lightweight, durable housings and a comprehensive range of parameter knobs and footswitches. They offer intuitive, compact-style knob operation for sound creation and flexible control to suit your playing style.
The latest model, the ME-90, inherits these concepts while incorporating numerous updates. It delivers superior sound quality with a 48 kHz sampling rate and 32-bit floating-point internal processing. It also features an AIRD preamp that delivers the sound and feel of a tube amp, and numerous effects designed with cutting-edge algorithms, allowing you to create professional-quality sounds.
Additionally, using the dedicated app allows you to access even more preamps and effects, and import IR data. The SEND/RETURN jacks also support external pedal input, dramatically expanding the freedom of sound creation.


Intuitive sound creation
The ME-90 inherits the extremely intuitive operability of a compact effect, which is one of the greatest features of the ME series.
Each effect block is equipped with an independent parameter knob, allowing you to instantly adjust the tone by simply reaching for the knob, making operation smooth even for those who are unsure about operating a multi-effects unit or who need to quickly create a sound.
Up to 36 sounds you create can be saved on the unit, allowing you to easily recall them at any time.

● Freely control the sound
The ME-90 gives you full control over the sound using eight footswitches and an expression pedal.
It features MEMORY mode for switching between patches you've created, and MANUAL mode for turning each effect on and off as if you were lining up compact effects.You can choose the operation method that suits your playing style.
The status of each effect is displayed in a matching LED color, so you can see the status of the effect block at a glance.A single-color white LED display is also available.

High-quality effects
The ME-90's built-in effects algorithms are inherited from BOSS's flagship model, the GT-1000.
It covers a wide range of effects, including not only the standard overdrive, distortion, chorus, and delay, but also loopers and acoustic simulators that will enrich your playing style.
The ME-90 comes with 60 built-in effects, and even more are available via the dedicated app. The rear panel also features a SEND/RETURN jack, allowing you to connect your favorite pedals before or after the ME-90's preamp for unified sound shaping and control.

BOSS's highest-end AIRD preamp
The ME-90 features a high-quality AIRD preamp inherited from the BOSS GT-1000, delivering tube-like sound and vivid response.
The 11 carefully selected preamp types include classic combos, high-gain stacks, and original BOSS types, catering to a variety of playing styles.
The rear panel's Gt. AMP/LINE switch lets you select the optimal output for your amplifier, PA, or other output destination, ensuring you always have the ideal sound. Connecting to the dedicated app also gives you access to even more preamp types.

The ME-90 offers significantly improved convenience and versatility. While maintaining its robustness, it is significantly lighter than previous models, making it even easier to carry around.
In addition, the expression pedal has been extended for more stable operation. It can also be powered by four AA batteries, rather than just the adapter, allowing it to be used outdoors or in other environments without a power source.
It also has audio interface functionality, so you can use it to record directly to music software via USB.

By utilizing preamp and effect types not accessible on the unit itself, you can greatly expand the range of sound creation. It also supports loading external IR data. Up to three IR data can be loaded into the unit via the ME-90 IR Loader (Windows/Mac). By installing the optional Bluetooth(R) Audio MIDI Dual Adapter (BT-DUAL), you can use the dedicated BTS for ME-90 app (iOS/Android) and play audio wirelessly from your mobile device.
