●Multi-scale parallel frets are placed at the 9th fret, with 34.5 inches on the 4th string side and 33.5 inches on the 1st string side, and the scale is set to 4th string: 34.5 inches - 1st string: 33.5 inches.
The fretting system ensures sufficient tension on the bass strings while providing comfortable playing on both the low and high fret sides of all strings.
● A 5-piece slim neck made from a laminate of standard maple and hard walnut. ● The SR body is made from okoume wood, which is rich in mid-low range characteristics, and is molded to form a smooth double-sided arch. ● The MR5S bridge is an evolution of the mono-rail bridge, which has an independent structure for each string. (The saddles can move left and right by ±1.5mm, allowing you to freely adjust the string pitch within a certain range.)

The neck section offers Voice 1, a classic, fat, and round sound; the center section offers Voice 2 Mid Contour, a funky, high-fidelity sound with scooped mids; and the bridge section offers Voice 2 Mid Flat, a powerful, full-dynamics sound. The top cover has a brushed stainless steel finish.
● Fishman active equalizer with 3-band control This is Fishman's first 3-band equalizer with MID control, designed for this SRMS model. The center frequency of the MID control is set to 630Hz. This newly developed EQ system also has a function to switch to single coil mode on the volume control.
Graph Tech RATIO machine heads use different gear ratios for each string, focusing on pitch change per rotation.
