George Benson Signature Model

The GB10 is the signature model of the legendary entertainer George Benson. This full-acoustic guitar has been produced for approximately 30 years. Its compact body is easy to handle and was also incorporated to suppress feedback. Benson himself designed this model to achieve a full-acoustic tone that does not produce howling even at high volumes and does not get lost in an ensemble. The fact that not only Benson but also many other musicians have used this guitar since its release speaks to its practicality, reliability, and high sound level. Although small-type full-acoustic guitars are now commonly seen, this is a representative model that shows Ibanez's flexible attitude of always looking ahead, having cultivated relationships with musicians since its inception.


◆GB Special Pickups
It features GB-Special mini humbucker pickups that are set in a floating configuration, meaning they do not touch the body top.

◆Ebony fretboard
It uses ebony wood, which is characterized by its quick attack and rich sustain.

◆Half-Bone/Half Brass Nut
It features a half-bone and half-brass nut, combining bone, a classic material for a natural sound, with brass, which adds clarity to the tone.

◆GB10 tailpiece
It features a GB10 tailpiece that provides a gorgeous and iconic look, along with excellent tuning stability.

◆Sure Grip Knobs
It features a SureGrip knob that combines ease of control with high visibility. The knob has numbering (markings) and a rubber grip on top to prevent slipping.

Items with “USED” in the product name are pre-owned and will be delivered as shown in the photos. Signs of wear may be present. All items are function-tested by our staff and rechecked before dispatch.

■ Stock

Many products are stocked across Ikebe stores in Japan. As a result, shipment may take several days. In-store sales may also cause items to sell out. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly; in that case, the order will be canceled and any payment will be refunded.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.

  • North America & Oceania: 20–30 days (estimated)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and confirmed at the time of dispatch.

■ Taxes & Duties
