2024 Martin Factory Tour
- Custom Shop Wood Selection Model -

The pinnacle of modern Martin guitars: the Custom Shop.
Within the vast factory, only about 20 elite craftsmen, known as "master craftsmen," possessing exceptional skills, are allowed to work, and they complete every step of the process by hand.

For this instrument, Ikebe Musical Instruments' dedicated acoustic guitar staff visited the factory and meticulously selected each piece of wood material from the highest quality stock reserved for the custom shop. This is a truly exceptional piece, crafted without any compromise.

The base model is the "000-28 ECHF," a double-name model from the legendary collaboration in Martin's history: Eric Clapton x Hiroshi Fujiwara. As an homage model that continues in that lineage, we ordered a special one clad in "navy blue," which boasts one of the most beautiful colors in the series.

The most distinctive feature is the deliberately chosen maple fretboard and bridge.
The captivating navy blue body and the elegant white texture of the maple create a striking contrast that dramatically overturns the traditional image of Martin guitars, resulting in an extremely modern and refined look.

Furthermore, the headstock features a slender and elegant GE (Golden Era) style vertical CMF logo. The fretboard is adorned with delicate snowflake inlays, resulting in a design that is impactful yet noble, and sure to inspire a desire to own it.

Based on the classic spruce and rosewood construction of the 000-28, the maple fingerboard and bridge add a unique sonic touch.
The "Nippachi" series boasts a gentle, full tone, yet the maple wood provides both quick attack and clear definition. Even with a delicate touch, the sound remains crisp and clear, conveying a dignified core. Along with its extended sustain, each note resonates beautifully, even possessing a certain brilliance reminiscent of the 40s series.

Its appearance exudes an overwhelming presence, and it possesses an extremely high level of perfection as a tool for playing music.
This is a one-of-a-kind custom model that infuses a modern aesthetic into an homage to a legend.
Sound, looks, and story. Experience this one-of-a-kind "work of art" for yourself.
