Description
Description
This TL-style model features an ash body and rosewood fingerboard from Momose, a company renowned for its high level of craftsmanship! Its exceptional playability and craftsmanship are guaranteed. This is a guitar that truly demonstrates the power of "Made in Japan."
The ORIGINAL series inherits the basic structure of vintage guitars while incorporating modern updates throughout. This lineup embodies Momose's manufacturing philosophy of "bringing out the natural resonance of the wood by processing it in accordance with its unique characteristics." This highly popular model is packed with Momose-exclusive features, including a heel cut with a recessed joint plate, wood binding, and an original headstock.
◆'MT2' model with ash body The original model 'MT' inherits the traditional TL style but has been given Momose's own unique brush-up.
Each guitar is handcrafted by artisans at the Asuka factory, from woodworking to painting and assembly. The high level of playability resulting from this exquisite craftsmanship has earned the support of top players both in Japan and overseas, and the guitars offer the unwavering quality you expect from a product made in Japan.
The MT2 uses ash wood for the body and comes in a wide range of oil finishes and see-through colors that bring out the natural wood grain.
◆Wide horn section for improved playability in high positionsCompared to the general TL type, the ``MT'' model has a larger recess in the horn section on the treble string side.
This not only improves playability in higher positions, but also allows players with large hands to play up to the higher frets without stress.
◆Contoured waist The area that touches your waist when you hold the guitar has been contoured. This improves the fit to your body, allowing you to enjoy stress-free playing even for long periods of time.
◆Recessed joint plate processingWhile adopting an orthodox plate joint that brings out the ideal sound, the plate part has been recessed to further improve playability.
Wood binding to prevent fingerboard problems: The sides of the fingerboard are bound with wood from the same material as the fingerboard, ensuring a smooth fingerboard side and preventing problems like fret burrs from popping out over years of use.
◆Wide rod adjustment The uniquely shaped headstock features a wide adjustment hole that allows for smooth neck adjustment.
The shape is wider than usual and is designed to make maintenance easier.
Momose VS-1 pickup
The guitar is equipped with Momose's original pickup, the VT-1. It delivers a brilliant tone that naturally brings out the natural tone of the material. Experience the uncompromising sound that Momose delivers.
