FAQ

Description

The Vintage series, now discontinued, is now available! We have a used item from 2011 in stock!

Martin has a long history dating back to 1833.
Among the many guitars that have been produced, the vintage models made in the 1930s are undoubtedly the most coveted by all guitarists.
Named after World War II, this era is referred to as "Pre-War Martin," and it influenced many guitarists and manufacturers.

This instrument is a used item from the Vintage series, which gives form to that longed-for instrument and revives it for the modern era.

Although production unfortunately ended in 2011, this model has enjoyed immense popularity from its initial production to the present day.
Features such as a long saddle, ebony fingerboard and bridge, and forward-shifted scalloped bracing evoke the pre-war era.

The rich, enveloping tone is likely a result of the combination of the forward shift and the fact that the instrument has been played extensively.
The powerful, vintage-like sound boasts a rich volume while retaining the delicate expressiveness characteristic of Martin guitars, with its brilliant overtones.
Whether you strum it with a pick or play it with your fingers, this guitar offers a pleasantly responsive feel thanks to its scalloped bracing.

Regarding its condition, there is some wear on the nut grooves and some indentation on the frets towards the lower positions, but there are no dead spots and it can be used without any problems. Also, the tuning peg posts were slightly loose, so they have been adjusted.
How about a pair of 18-style Doc Martens, which are no longer available new?
