We carefully select each and every instrument, paying attention to everything from the wood grain of the top and back to the subtle differences in sound.

Bourgeois Guitars, created by guitar maker Dana Bourgeois, is a top American guitar brand, often mentioned alongside Collings and Santa Cruz.
Crafted from carefully selected materials, expert technical skills, and designs born from Dana's extensive experience, these guitars combine "high precision as musical instruments" with "a musically rich tone," earning high praise from numerous musicians.

- Bushstone Series -
The appeal of the Touchstone Series lies in Dana Bourgeois's hand-voicing system (also known as tap tuning, where the tone is checked by tapping the wood).
Over the past 50 years, he has refined this time-honored technique and is now recognized worldwide as a leading expert in soundboard voicing. He reads the potential tonality hidden within the fibers of the world's finest tonewoods, and selects only the finest soundboards.
To maximize the unique tone of each type of wood, each brace on the soundboard is meticulously carved, and the sound is checked through hand-voicing. Once the soundboards for the Touchstone series are complete and have undergone a final check by Dana, only those that have been vacuum-sealed are shipped to the Eastman workshop.
There, Eastman's hand-picked luthiers, who have meticulously studied Beaujolais's philosophy and structural methodology, breathe life into each of their guitars.

- The Standard/TS L-DBO -
Based on classic Gibson styles like the J-45 and L-00, this series incorporates the essence of Dana Bourgeois and is named "The Standard."
The L-DBO features an L-style body with thinner top bracing and a slightly larger soundhole, allowing you to experience volume and dynamics as if you were playing a guitar with a larger body size.

This guitar features a torified (heat-treated) Sitka spruce top, Honduran mahogany sides and back, and an exotic ziricote fingerboard and bridge. Ivoroid binding is applied to the body, fingerboard, and headstock, and the headstock top has a gloss finish, resulting in a simple yet atmospheric look.
The strong midrange clarity and crisp, mellow tone make for a truly enjoyable sound. It's perfect for flat-pick singing and blues strumming, but when played gently with fingerstyle, it produces an indescribably simple and warm tone.
Combined with its comfortable body, this is a guitar you'll want to play forever.

While this model is priced in the 500,000 yen range, making it very affordable within the Beaujolais range, it's far too good to simply be described as cost-effective. It's crafted with absolutely no compromises, resulting in an instrument that delivers an overwhelming sound quality.
