A special anniversary model commemorating the 50th anniversary of Ikebe Musical Instruments.


◆Selected Premium Tochi Top
The body top is made of specially selected premium horse chestnut wood, chosen by Ikebe staff from a stock of wood carefully selected by craftsmen at Asuka Factory. The back is made of the classic and popular alder wood. The horse chestnut wood provides a clear sound with distinctive mid-to-high frequencies, and the alder wood provides a rich midrange, resulting in a practical sound that can handle a variety of genres.

◆Based on the corporate color of Ikebe Musical Instruments, red, this guitar features a beautiful gradient color based on Ikebe's corporate color, red, applied by skilled painters. Furthermore, it features a matching headstock, making it a special 50th-anniversary limited edition model that allows you to fully appreciate the exquisite wood grain and coloring.

◆Ebony Fingerboard: This guitar features ebony fingerboard, known for its deep black, luxurious look. Compared to standard rosewood, it is heavier, resulting in a quick attack, a well-defined tone, and extended sustain.

◆Improved playability in the higher positions: The 'MT' model has a wider horn section on the high-string side compared to a typical TL type.
This improves playability in the higher positions, and allows players with large hands to comfortably ascend to the higher frets.

◆Waist Contour Processing: The area where the guitar rests against your waist when you hold it has been contoured. This improves the fit to your body, allowing you to enjoy playing for long periods without stress.

◆Recessed joint plate design: While employing an orthodox plate joint that brings out the ideal sound, the recessed design of the plate further enhances playability.

◆Wood binding to prevent fretboard problems: The sides of the fretboard are made of wood binding made from the same material as the fretboard. This not only provides a smooth fretboard surface but also prevents problems such as fret burrs popping out after years of use.

◆Wide-width rod adjustment: The uniquely shaped headstock features a wide adjustment hole that allows for smooth neck adjustment.
The shape is also wider than typical designs, and the design prioritizes ease of maintenance.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
