FAQ

Description

John Mayer signature model!

The "OM-28 JM" was released in limited quantities in 2003 and was so well-received that all units sold out immediately. The "OMJM" was then released as a new product.

This instrument is made of Englemann spruce top, Indian rosewood back and sides, and ebony fingerboard and bridge.
One of its features is the relatively narrow nut width of approximately 43mm! For electric guitarists, acoustic guitars with wider nut widths are often said to be difficult to play, but this one won't be too difficult!

It also comes equipped with an in-bridge type piezo pickup under the saddle, making it a practical guitar that can be used immediately in live performances!
This is a model that I would recommend to anyone, even if they're not a John Mayer fan!

~John Mayer~
Born in the United States in 1977, he is highly regarded as a guitarist, and despite his young age he has even performed alongside legendary blues guitarists such as Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, and BB King!
In the February 2007 issue of Rolling Stone magazine, he was selected as one of the "Three Greatest Guitarists of the Modern Era (The New Guitar Gods)" along with John Frusciante and Derek Trucks!
He is a guitarist with many fans in Japan, and is also known as a big Japanophile!
