We have a used Jackson USA Custom Shop Randy Rhoads model, limited to 150 units, in stock!
Randy Rhoads was in the spotlight with Quiet Riot and the Ozzy Osbourne Band, but passed away at the young age of 25.
The model that has just arrived is a rare reproduction of one of Jackson's favorite instruments, a V-type guitar with a black body and white polka dots, produced by the Jackson USA Custom Shop in a limited run of 150 pieces.
The pickups are DiMarzio PAF and Super Distortion pickups, which are Randy's signatures, and help recreate his signature sound.
The condition of this particular example shows scratches and dents appropriate for its age, as well as dullness and rust on parts.
There are cloudy areas and touch-up marks on the side of the fingerboard (around the head, body side, and pots), paint peeling around the pegs, and a scratch on the 21st fret.
About 70% of the frets remain, there is some noise in the controls, the front tone pot, rear tone capacitor, and tremolo spring have been replaced, and there are some burnt areas in the wiring due to wiring modifications.
There is a crack in the wood of the control countersink, and the two screws cannot be tightened (one screw is missing).
The truss rod is stiff, but it works without any problems.
This model is rare on the market and its value is increasing every year. It is a must-have item for fans and collectors alike!
