The "GRAVION" overdrive was born from a continuous pursuit of the ideal modern sound for bass guitars.
While maintaining the bass's inherent center of gravity, definition, and nuances of playing, it projects the sound more strongly and clearly forward.

When it comes to bass distortion, the key isn't simply increasing the low frequencies. While low-frequency distortion creates volume, it blurs the definition and drowns out fast passages and subtle touches. GRAVION eliminates the muddiness of distortion, meticulously organizes the frequency range, and ensures that the necessary low frequencies remain intact, so that even with distortion, the movement of the phrase doesn't get lost.

The perfect balance of bass, dense midrange, and sparkling treble with clear, defined components—by layering these appropriately, the original sound and the driven components don't separate, creating a sense of unity where they come forward as a single, cohesive sound.

From a natural drive that's always on to an aggressive sound that takes solos and riffs to the forefront, GRAVION is an overdrive pedal that ensures your bass stands out in a band ensemble without sacrificing its presence.

The controls reflect the design philosophy inherited from the Gravel Storm. In addition to MASTER, BLEND, LEVEL, and DRIVE, it features TONE, HI, and LOW switches, allowing for fine-tuning not only the amount of distortion, but also the tonal balance, definition, clarity, and even the frequency range that is distorted.

■Control・Master
Adjust the final output volume.
Beyond the 12 o'clock position, you can have more headroom in the output, making it suitable for boosting. It's also effective when you want to bring the overall drive sound forward or when you want to strongly boost the subsequent equipment.

Blend
This adjusts the balance between the original sound and the wet signal.
It allows you to add just the right amount of distortion while preserving the core of the original sound and the definition of the low frequencies. Even with heavy distortion, the bassline's definition is less likely to be lost, and its positioning within the ensemble is maintained.

Level
Adjust the level of the wet signal.
This isn't just a volume control; the higher you turn it up, the more prominent the distortion becomes, resulting in a harder, more forceful sound. When combined with BLEND, you can finely adjust how much of the drive component is brought forward relative to the original sound.

Drive
Adjust the amount of distortion.
It offers a wide range of effects, from light drive to dense saturation. Set low for a constant, textured effect, or higher for a drive that adds presence to riffs and solos.

Tone
This switches the character of the high-frequency components of the distortion.
Normal: The standard natural balance
Edge: A mode that emphasizes contours and a sense of effortless style.
Warm: A mode that prioritizes smoothness by minimizing sharp edges.

・Hi
This switches the amount of high-frequency components that are distorted.
Boost: Emphasizes brilliance and openness.
Normal: Standard high-frequency balance
Cut: Reduces high frequencies and adjusts the texture to a more subdued level.

Low
This switches the amount of low-frequency components that are distorted.
Boost: A mode that adds thick distortion to the low end, making it crawl along the ground.
Normal: Standard low-frequency balance
Cut: A tight sound with reduced bass bloat.
