Premium Series Steve Vai Signature Model! Sustainer equipped version!

This is an Ibanez JEM, a Premium series guitar from Steve Vai's signature guitar line, which has achieved a status that needs no introduction. This model was produced from 2012 to 2018.

This guitar features a 5-piece neck construction with a 2mm walnut layer sandwiched between three pieces of maple, and is equipped with titanium bars to reinforce strength and improve sustain. Attention to detail is evident throughout, including the volute, gloss finish on the back of the headstock, and smooth heel, which are also found on Prestige/j.custom models. Furthermore, it faithfully inherits the JEM's hallmarks, such as the Premium fret edge treatment, DiMarzio Evolution pickups, Tree of Life inlay, Lion's Claw, Monkey Grip, and Ibanez original Edge tremolo bridge, which are also found on higher-end models.

This is a rare used JEM70V-SFG that was modified and sold by Ikebe Musical Instruments as a sustainer-equipped version!
The modifications are installed in our workshop. This is a guitar that combines playful design with practical features!

The Dimarzio Evolution pickup in the neck position features a CD-100F sustainer driver, a reversible driver that functions as a neck pickup even when the sustainer is off. The rear pickup is an Evolution.
The original front pickup is not included.

Sustainers are currently difficult to obtain, and the manufacturer no longer exists, so we will be selling the electrical system in its current condition without any warranty. However, there are no problems with its current operation.

We have a recommended modified used item in stock! The year of manufacture is unknown, but it is estimated to be from mid-2012.
