The Steve Vai signature model, the JEM Premium series, needs no introduction!

◆Wizard 5pc Maple/Walnut neck
This Wizard 5pc neck is made of laminated maple and walnut wood.
It combines high rigidity, rich sustain, and the smooth playability that comes from Ibanez's signature thin neck shape.
It features many details that are also found in the Prestige and j.custom models, such as the volute, the glossy finish on the back of the headstock, and the smooth finish on the heel.

◆Ebony fretboard w/ Jumbo Frets & Tree of Life inlay
The ebony fingerboard is characterized by its excellent attack and bright tone.
It features jumbo-sized frets, which allow for light touch fingering and are excellent for playing fast passages and smooth string bending.
Furthermore, by applying a spherical shape to the fret edges, the resistance against the fingers during fingering is reduced, resulting in a superior playing feel.

◆Alder body & Monkey Grip
The body is made of alder wood, which is characterized by its balanced, bright tonal characteristics and rich sustain.
It features JEM's signature Monkey Grip processing.

◆DiMarzio Steve Vai Signature Evolution pickups
This signature pickup features a thick, punchy sound despite its high gain.
Using DiMarzio's patented Dual Resonance Coil Technology, this pickup delivers a richer harmonic sound than conventional humbucking pickups.
It possesses a presence and clarity that won't get lost in the mix, not only in live performances but also during recording, allowing it to fully demonstrate its capabilities.

◆Edge tremolo bridge & Lion's Crow
It features the original Edge tremolo bridge, known for its smooth operation and brilliant sound.
It features the Lion's Crow cavity machining that is a characteristic of JEM.

◆Gotoh machine head
Equipped with GOTOH machine heads, which are highly regarded by guitarists worldwide for their smooth operation, reliability, and durability.

Items with “USED” in the product name are pre-owned and will be delivered as shown in the photos. Signs of wear may be present. All items are function-tested by our staff and rechecked before dispatch.

Many products are stocked across Ikebe stores in Japan. As a result, shipment may take several days. In-store sales may also cause items to sell out. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly; in that case, the order will be canceled and any payment will be refunded.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.

  • North America & Oceania: 20–30 days (estimated)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and confirmed at the time of dispatch.

■ Taxes & Duties
