The input stage operates at +/- 12V with an impressive 24V headroom, which stands out compared to competing units such as 5V.

Equal effort went into designing the POLAR MIC preamp, which boasts response comparable to that of the Neve 1081, one of the most famous preamps in studio history.
In blind A/B tests, POLAR sounded exactly like a vintage Neve.
Additionally, the MIC input's "Enhance" function acts as a gentle high frequency lift, adding just the right amount of air and clarity to vocals.
