Italian-made!! The "Navigator," an off-catalog overseas model from the F1 series, is now available.

Inspired by Formula 1, the F1 series is a high-end instrument crafted in Italy, a country with a long history of stringed instrument making, using carefully selected materials and made by uncompromising stringed instrument makers.

This high-grade model features an original body shape with improved pickup placement, and luxuriously utilizes lightweight spruce from Val di Fiemme in Italy for its body.
The neck is made of a single piece of sturdy maple wood, rather than laminated, and combined with the quick response of the bolt-on joint, it responds sensitively to even the most delicate picking touches, enabling rich musical expression.
From the punchy sound of the P-type split-coil pickup to the fat tone of the bridge humbucker, the J-style split tone of the single-coil pickup, and tones somewhere in between, you can enjoy a wide range of tones. The preamp is a Markbass-exclusive onboard preamp, the "MB INSTRUMENT Pre," and the tone control not only boosts/cuts specific frequency ranges, but also ensures that you don't lose any frequency range from low to high even at extreme settings. Furthermore, it is designed so that there is little difference in volume when switching between passive and active modes, making it a practical instrument.
