Description
Used SAITO GUITARS JM shape "S-622JMC" now in stock!
SAITO Guitars is an original brand of Saito Musical Instrument Workshop, which has been in business since 1991 and has a policy of making "simple and beautiful tools" born from the accumulated experience of working with many makers through repairs. The solid yet powerful sound that comes from the technical skills cultivated in making archtop guitars is a must-listen.
The slim, rounded hard maple neck and maple fingerboard are combined in a simple bolt-on structure, but the slightly deep cutaway and gently arched top surface emphasize the simplicity and functionality of the instrument.
The stiffness of the 1st string side, which is prone to warping and twisting due to the long tension from the nut to the tuning peg, is eliminated by increasing the thickness of the 1st string side up to the center of the headstock logo. The headstock flex caused by the string tension at the headstock is also uniform for each string, improving balance of headstock resonance. Furthermore, the combination of an original 5mm thick neck joint plate, which reduces variations in tightening torque, and anchors for the joint screws embedded in the neck ensure lossless vibration transmission and long-lasting reliability.
The condition of this guitar is in player's condition, with slight scuffs, scratches from playing, dents, and tarnish on the hardware throughout the body. The frets remain at about 70% of their original height, and there are no issues with the neck, truss rod, or electronics! This guitar is sure to be a long-lasting companion. Don't miss this opportunity!
