We have a used Les Paul in oxblood color, familiar from the cover of the classic album "Blow by Blow," in stock!

Although there are some minor scratches, it is in excellent condition with little signs of use.
There is no sign of wear on the frets, and there are no problems with the operation of the truss rod or the electrical system.
There is some paint residue on the 18th fret that appears to be from manufacturing.

Inspired by Gibson Custom Series Jeff Beck Oxblood 1954 Les Paul

Tone, touch, and sense—all of which are embodied in grace and exquisite technique. As a guitarist who possesses all of these qualities, and as an innovator who transcends genres, Jeff Beck is regarded by many musicians and fans as one of the greatest players of all time.

From The Yardbirds to the Jeff Beck Group, Beck, Bogert & Appice, his solo career, and his work as a session player, Jeff Beck has always been ahead of his time, evolving music. He popularized innovative uses of effects like feedback, fuzz, and distortion, and his inimitable style has had a profound influence on guitarists worldwide, spanning genres including rock, blues, hard rock, and jazz fusion.

He has won eight Grammy Awards, six of which were for Best Rock Instrumental Performance, the Ivor Novello Award for Outstanding Contribution to British Music, and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice, once as part of The Yardbirds and once as a solo artist.

One guitar that is synonymous with Jeff Beck is a heavily modified 1954 Les Paul known as the Oxblood. With its distinctive chocolate brown/oxblood finish, this guitar became famous thanks to the cover of his solo debut, Blow by Blow. It sold for an astounding $1.3 million at auction in January 2025.

In 2009, Gibson Custom released a limited edition of 50 oxblood-colored Les Pauls in an aged finish. Now, in close collaboration with the Gibson Custom Shop, Epiphone is releasing the Jeff Beck Oxblood 1954 Les Paul from the Inspired By Gibson Custom lineup.

This model features a mahogany body with a maple cap, a one-piece mahogany neck with a long tenon joint, a Jeff Beck custom large C-neck profile, a rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets, and aged mother-of-pearl trapezoid inlays.

The headstock features Gibson's traditional open-book style and features an aged mother-of-pearl Epiphone logo. The Graph Tech nut provides smooth string glide when tuning, while spade-style Grover Rotomatic tuners ensure excellent tuning stability.

The pickups are two USA-made Gibson Custom Bucker humbuckers, wired with 50s-style wiring along with CTS pots and Mallory capacitors, capturing the unique sound created by Jeff Beck.

Other features faithful to the original include gold speed knobs, a pickguard with a gap over the bridge pickup, and a Gibson Historic wraparound bridge. It also comes with a vintage-style replica strap and an Epiphone hardshell case featuring "Inspired by Gibson Custom" graphics. Limited production quantities are available worldwide.
