Description

[Exhibition item special price] (There are scratches on the handle)

Responding to guitarists' demand for a lightweight, portable tube amplifier, Blackstar introduces the world's most advanced, innovative, and best-sounding 50W tube amplifier. Available in two models: a classic EL34 design and a high-gain 6L6 model, both offering simple operation yet high versatility.
Developed without compromise after months of studying vintage tube amps, the intuitive two-channel architecture delivers the ultimate in clean and overdrive tones.

The world's lightest 50W valve amp, with no compromise on tone or performance. 1x12 combo weighs 12.8kg, head 6.7kg
- Built-in reactive load and Cab Rig* simulator technology, low latency USB, XLR DI, and effects loop.
Use the low latency USB audio as a tube interface for recording, or the XLR DI for live performances, for professional connectivity and integration into your setup.
The Power Reduction switch lets you select between 50W, 2W, and Sag. Easily find the perfect balance of power and response for any situation, from studio to stage. The Sag setting introduces more power sag, accentuating essential amp compression for a softer, more vintage feel.
Uses an EQ circuit.
The speaker is a Celestion Zephyr. It's a uniquely lightweight speaker using a traditional ferrite magnet, based on the "soft parts" and voicing of the Vintage 30. It packs a punchy tone while remaining lighter than a standard guitar amp speaker.
- Universal power supply from 90V to 264V 50/60Hz, can be used anywhere in the world.

■EL34 Model: The classic low-gain pedal platform is equipped with a +10dB clean boost, delivering a sound that goes even further, from finely textured "chimy" to "creamy."

Channel I
Inspired by classic American amplifiers from the mid-60s, it's extremely clean and bright, yet has a solid low end and controlled mids. The tube power stage is tight and relatively clean across the frequency range.
Channel II
This "classic" tube preamp is based on the beloved British "Class A" amplifiers of the early '60s. It's a low-to-medium gain preamp that can be used for clean, warm, or mild overdrive. It's a popular choice for pedal-driven tones and for responsive crunch tones. The tube power stage is configured in "open loop" for a loose feel with resonant bottom end and lively high frequencies.
Boost
Boost: A +10dB clean boost for the tube preamp, pushing it harder from detailed chimey to creamy.

*New simulator "Cab Rig" technology
Cab Rig is our next-generation DSP speaker simulator, delivering the sound and feel of a miked-up guitar cabinet in stunning detail. Cab Rig's new advanced algorithms simulate speaker cabinets and room ambience with virtually zero latency, no phase mismatch, and far more flexibility than IR snapshots. Over 250 mic and cabinet combinations can be stored in three onboard slots, and each cab features selectable mic type and axis, along with room mics and a master EQ. Cab Rig connects to our free Architect software.
Capture great tone via USB/XLR output or headphones.
