Description
Description
"Every guitarist has a sound in their head—a sound that evolves and grows as they improve and discover all the beautiful qualities that define their unique voice. To facilitate that process, players need a powerful, dynamic-sounding guitar that gives them the freedom to fully express their individuality. PRS and I developed the Fiore (Italian for flower) to do just that." --Mark Lettieri
The PRS Fiore is a model that inherits the PRS guitar concept of exploring the world of bolt-on, single-coil guitars. Developed in collaboration with guitarist, composer, producer, and instructor Mark Lettieri, the PRS Fiore features a modern aesthetic, easy playability, and a refined, rich tone that will become an addictive sound once you hear it.
The newly designed PRS Fiore pickups were carefully crafted by Lettieri and PRS to give players a foundation for exploring their own sound. The Fiore S single coil offers exceptional tonal flexibility. From whispery melodies to full-on funk tones and explosive rock sounds, this pickup responds to each player's unique style.
The Fiore H humbucker fulfilled Lettieri's request for a versatile bridge pickup, providing ample power and punch for high-gain lead tones while also providing a clean sound at full volume. The Fiore S and H pickups offer smooth transitions between each other, providing a balanced, clear, and indescribably vibrant sound at any of the five pickup selector positions.
But the tonal exploration doesn't end there. The Fiore features a five-position blade switch (bridge/bridge+middle/middle/middle+neck/neck) for traditional pickup combinations. Plus, two tone controls—one volume and one with push-pull switch functionality—add even more versatility to sculpt your guitar's sound.
Lettieri also contributed his own designs, including a truss rod cover painted by his mother. Other specifications include a swamp ash body, a 22-fret maple fingerboard, a maple neck, and a 25.5" scale length for traditional looks and playability.
The condition of this guitar is excellent, with a few small scratches, some tarnished parts, and slight scratches from playing, but otherwise it is in excellent condition with minimal signs of use. Of course, there are no issues with the neck or electronics, so it's a guitar you can enjoy for years to come. With its modern design and appealing playability, this is definitely a great opportunity to consider it!
