The Nita Strauss signature model, made in Japan, is named after JIVA, a Sanskrit word meaning vitality or soul.


◆5pc Maple/Wenge neck
This guitar is constructed from five pieces of thick maple and wenge wood, achieving both a more natural sound and high durability.

It features an ebony fingerboard, which is characterized by its excellent attack and clarity of tone.

It features African mahogany wood, which provides rich mid-to-low frequency characteristics, and a quilted maple top.

The neck and bridge positions are equipped with Nita's signature DiMarzio Pandemonium pickups. The neck position is suitable for clean-based solo playing as well as dynamic chord playing, while the bridge position excels in both powerful chord strumming and solo phrases.
The middle position features True Velvet pickups, which are characterized by their bright and noise-free sound.

◆Edge-Zero tremolo with Zero Point System
This is an original design tremolo bridge with a two-point knife-edge support system.
This tremolo inherits all the specifications and features unique to Ibanez's original tremolos, including a low-profile design (the height of the tremolo itself is kept as low as possible so that it is less likely to be hit by the hand while playing) and easy-to-use fine-tuning bolts (a mechanism for adjusting tuning that has drifted slightly while playing).

【Nita Strauss】
Nita Strauss rose from garage rock to world stages with her exceptional guitar technique, leaving an unforgettable impression on everyone who witnessed her play. This young star was born in Los Angeles, one of the world's leading rock cities, in the mid-1980s, one of the most decadent and exciting eras in rock history. Nita's musical upbringing greatly influenced her development as a musician; she was given a guitar as a gift from her father at a young age. Music is deeply rooted in the Strauss family, and tracing their lineage leads back to the famous composer Johann Strauss.

From a young age, Nita was exposed to all kinds of music in her home, and it was something the whole family shared. "My father was a musician, and I come from a completely musical family," she says, and there is no doubt that this musical background played a crucial role in her development into a world-class player. However, even though she grew up in a musical family, Nita's true passion for the guitar was awakened by a particular event. It was the scene in the movie "Crossroads" where Ralph Maccio and the genius guitarist Steve Vai face off, and that moment inspired Nita. "When I saw Crossroads, Steve Vai versus Ralph Maccio, I thought, 'This is what I want to do!'" she recalls.

Nita cites Marty Friedman, legato master Shawn Lane, and of course Steve Vai as her biggest influences. It's clear that the impression she received from seeing Vai play as a child made him her favorite player. Nita's speed and precision clearly show that her influences come from the realm of shred guitar. However, beyond speed and harmonic phrases, she possesses a sense of harmony and feeling that many so-called shred guitarists lack, making her truly an "all-around guitarist."

At the age of 13, Nita began playing in the LA area, eventually touring the world with As Blood Runs Black in 2010 and performing at the Bamboozle West festival in California. After touring African stadiums with Jermaine Jackson and members of Michael Jackson's band, she joined The Iron Maidens, an all-female Iron Maiden tribute band, and gained further recognition. Nita also recorded with the video game tribute band Critical Hit (appearing in several of their videos) and contributed to the soundtracks of games such as Heroes of the Storm (Blizzard) and the Grammy-nominated Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (Konami/PlatinumGames). Her diverse repertoire demonstrates the breadth of her abilities as a musician, and the momentum to see her talent utilized in more and more projects has steadily grown.

2014 was truly a breakthrough year for Nita. She became the resident guitarist for LA KISS, the arena football team owned by KISS founding members Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons. Things took another turn for the better in June when she secured the coveted position of third guitarist in Alice Cooper's band.

Guitar World magazine ranked Nita at the top of their list of "10 Female Guitarists You Must Know," and her high-level performances have made her an indispensable musician in the LA scene, where she is active in numerous sessions. There is no doubt that she will become one of the world's most unforgettable female guitarists in the future.
