Featuring a tube rectifier that delivers an incredibly smooth attack and release feel, almost like you're gliding your fingers across the fretboard, and a wide gain range that spans clean, crunch, and thunderous saturation, this amp is perfect for players of all styles. Its versatility is also reflected in the amp's controls. Designed to work at any volume, not just high, the Crossline Presence control lets you roll off treble and add presence, or vice versa, for two distinctly different tones.

Add in the 3-way Bright switch and the tone-shaping possibilities are endless. With the switch in the neutral center position, the amp becomes the perfect pedal platform, amplifying the tone with the brute force of distortion and overdrive effects. Flipping the switch to the left provides a subtle treble boost, while flipping it to the right sharpens the tone with a broad treble range, reminiscent of some of the greatest classic rock amps of yesteryear.
Adding a second footswitchable volume control adds even more flexibility.
Go from perfect rhythm tone to lead tone with the flip of a footswitch, or boost the output for solos. The choke and massive output transformer give you even more clean headroom, so your tone stays clean even when you turn up the volume.
The result is the finest British single channel amplifier.
