Description
The original Tone Bender is a legendary fuzz pedal created by Sola Sound. Its rich harmonic overtones, dynamic sound, and smooth sustain have earned it a worldwide reputation, beloved by countless rock legends. From the 1960s to the present, it has been prominently featured on countless classic albums. The TB-2W Tone Bender was developed in collaboration with BOSS and Sola Sound. Using the #500 Tone Bender MkII, a masterpiece from Sola Sound's archives, as a reference, BOSS engineers' masterful design perfectly recreated the pedal's magical sound, featuring rich expression and dynamic response. Engineers meticulously tested each pedal, carefully selecting germanium transistors and incorporating them into a sophisticated circuitry ensures consistent, consistent sound. Three-way drive voltage selection allows for adjustment of tone and response, and true/buffered bypass operation is also available. The TB-2W is a limited-edition model in the "WAZA CRAFT" series, a meticulously crafted, made-in-Japan product.
