Description

Fender Custom Shop produces guitars with the highest quality in both looks and sound.
We have a new item in stock that perfectly matches the texture of Mercedes Blue and Deluxe Closet Classic!

This 50s-era instrument features an alder body and a one-piece birdseye maple neck with a thick, thick, large C-shape that fits a comfortable grip. This wood combination remains iconic in electric guitars to this day. Many guitarists were inspired by the alder/maple Stratocaster tone heard on classic albums by legendary players. Its punchy midrange and bright, crisp, and lively tone are sure to suit a wide range of situations, regardless of genre or style. The distinctive Mercedes Blue finish and birdseye maple grain also create a distinctive look.

The frets, which play a major role in the guitar's playability, are slim yet tall, providing a vintage feel combined with modern playability and durability. The 6105 size has become a standard in recent years, and the 9.5-inch fingerboard radius, along with the fret size, has become so widely accepted that it can be considered the standard. The guitar is designed with players who prioritize smooth playability in mind.

The pickups are a set of Fat 50's. They're designed to capture the guitar's core-like resonance while providing just the right amount of output, giving the guitar a full, rich tone with the characteristic Fender-like mellowness. The tone control is wired so that the center knob affects all positions, while the bottom knob controls the bridge pickup or the neck pickup blender when the adjacent half-tone pickup is selected.

The condition of this guitar is excellent, with only a few small scratches and some minor tarnish on parts, but otherwise it shows little signs of use. There are no issues with performance, including around the neck and the electrical system, so it's a guitar you can enjoy for years to come. This striking Mercedes Blue guitar is rarely seen outside of EC models, so don't miss this opportunity!
