The AVIATOR was the first aluminium snare drum developed by British Drum.
Based on a design concept that combines the elegant style of classic aircraft enclosures with shining metal side panels, we developed a snare drum that will give you the feeling of exhilaration, as if you were playing high in the stratosphere.

This stylish and elegant snare drum offers a dry yet extremely wide range of tones, and is extremely responsive, making it easy for the player to control at all times.
This product is capable of producing everything from ghost notes to powerful, roaring performances, and will provide drummers with new inspiration.
The Aviator also boasts a wide range of clear, clean sounds suitable for any playing style.

Crafted from a seamless 12mm aluminium shell with a polished anodised finish and stylish palladium hardware, it looks stunning.
The Aviator has a cool, understated look that is accentuated by a depression in the center of the shell, creating a line of shadow around the perimeter of the shell.
The appearance is further enhanced by the British Drum badge, made from warm cherry wood.
The Aviator is a classic snare drum of beauty in every respect.
