The Stone Grey Distortion (SGD) is a modern high-gain distortion pedal that delivers clarity and resolution not found in other pedals.
It was developed with a particular focus on achieving clarity of tone, especially in heavy distortion situations.
With razor-sharp dynamics and intense high gain, it's also compatible with drop tunings and 7-string guitars. It's perfect for modern rock players seeking an extreme gain sound with incredibly high resolution that captures the full amplitude of the strings.
When you play a chord, you'll hear each and every note clearly, without the high gain causing the sound to get squashed.
With the gain turned down, the SGD approaches an overdrive-like texture, and like other Mad Professor pedals, it responds to the player's touch and provides a wide range of dynamics.

VOLUME: Adjusts the level of the distortion signal.
TONE: A boost/cut shelving type equalizer. It controls the high end in a range somewhere between the bright switch and treble control on a typical amplifier.
DISTORTION: Adjusts the amount of distortion. Lower settings give an overdrive-like texture, while higher settings give a heavier distortion.
