End-address pressure gradient FET condenser microphone for snare drum
The SNARE MIC is a 4.2-inch FET condenser microphone designed to capture the best snare drum sound in any situation, regardless of player, snare type, or location.
A single snare mic can capture the full sound of a snare drum, and with proper placement, it can even capture the sound of the bottom snare through the top head. Onboard sound shaping allows optimal control of the entire range of the unit.
It also accurately captures the impact, body, and tone of the snare drum while rejecting up to 28dB of off-axis noise.
Additionally, the solid brass head frame with anti-mold and dust filter protects the microphone from impacts and dust on stage or in the studio.
