The Xotic XJ-1T series is a professional-grade model. This heavily aged charcoal frost metallic model with gold hardware is now available in store!
This guitar features an alder body and rosewood fingerboard, a charcoal frost metallic lacquer finish with a heavy aging finish, and matching gold parts on the headstock. Charcoal frost is generally associated with a grayish color, but the aging process transforms it into a deep, bluish color with a unique character.
In addition to the wide range and scale that allows you to effortlessly produce sounds all the way down to the low B string, it also has dynamics that respond sensitively to the player's touch, making it suitable for a variety of situations, including on stage and in recording studios.
The pickups are Raw Vintage JBs, hand-wound in our Los Angeles workshop, and offer a warm, natural sound with a three-dimensional tone that stands out even in an ensemble.
Xotic's original active preamp provides natural tone color variation and allows you to quickly adjust the EQ for your sound, with a mini switch to adjust the mid-range (400Hz/800Hz) and high-range (6kHz/12kHz) frequency points.
Furthermore, it is equipped with a variety of control systems, such as passive/active switching and series/parallel switching, making it highly flexible and suitable for use in any genre or arrangement.
The hardware features Hipshot Ultralite tuning machines and a custom Xotic bridge for tight sound and stable tuning, while also providing flexibility in settings and comfort during playing.
