Description
The Eighty 7 was designed to capture the great guitar sounds of the 80s. The design goal was to recreate the tones of modified Plexis and JCM800s that were common in Los Angeles recording studios at the time.
Two modes, Green and Red, offer a wide range of gain and tone combinations.
With top-mounted jacks, soft-touch switching, and an internal bright switch, it's the same great-sounding and feeling audio circuitry as ever.
Green mode is percussive and dynamic, with plenty of body to cut through even the most demanding mixes.
The Red mode is more saturated and compressed, perfect for flowing leads and powerful palm-muted rhythms.
A full tone stack with bass, mid, and treble gives you total control over the frequency response of your tone. The presence control adds or subtracts sparkle to help it sit in the mix or blend seamlessly with your amp. Whatever your style, the Eighty 7 has you covered. Crafted with the highest quality components and designed for durability and longevity, the Eighty 7 sounds great.
