Description
An unprecedented fuzz sound that breaks new ground.This is not just based on vintage fuzzes of the past, but is a completely new type of fuzz that incorporates three germanium transistors and has a circuit designed from scratch while taking into account the sounds of historic masterpieces.
With many traditional British-style fuzzes, it was difficult to find the sweet spot, and even if you simply played with the control settings set to be intense and rough, you might not be able to hear it at all in the actual band ensemble, so it was not a practical way to create a sound.
Therefore, with the Germa Bite Super, we have designed it to suppress the saturation and low-frequency crush that have been weaknesses of previous fuzzes, and to produce even denser distortion.
And guess what?! It sounds just like the distortion of a 60s or 70s tube amp! And it has long sustain! This is the ultimate fuzz pedal.
As expected, germanium transistors are magical amplifying elements.
There are three controls: gain, bite, and level.
The output level is set very high, just like previous Akima & Neos products, allowing for very clear and smooth sound creation, just like the distortion and overdrive action.
I would love for everyone to experience this fuzz sound that really impressed me.

[Regarding connection order]
The Akima&Neos Germa Bite Super is designed for passive guitars and basses, so it performs at its best when connected as the first amp to the instrument.
We recommend connecting high impedance instruments to the inputs of these devices.
Tuners (except true bypass types) should also be connected after these.
Active basses and those with EMG pickups have low impedance guitar outputs, so the correct effect will not be achieved.
The same goes for wireless systems.
