Introducing the signal junction box "JB-41S" with improved convenience.
We are now releasing the JB-41S and JB-82S, successor models that further improve the convenience of the JB-41 and JB-82, which popularized signal junction boxes.
With this renewal, the JB-41 and JB-82 only allowed you to connect the instrument to the INPUT on one side, but now you can choose to connect it on either side.
Furthermore, the JB-41S has been modified to support one line, while the JB-82S has been modified to support two lines and stereo signals, allowing connection of balanced audio line signals and amplifier control signals using stereo plugs.
This signal junction box is the product that FREE THE TONE has custom-made the most to date. A great many musicians use it as part of their pedal boards or rack systems. Packed with the know-how we've accumulated over more than 10 years, it offers the highest quality sound and convenience.
~Why signal junction boxes are needed~
By consolidating the inputs and outputs connected to your pedal board in one place, you have the following benefits:
●Wiring between devices is simplified, reducing the time required for setup.
●By connecting via a junction box instead of directly to effects pedals that are lined up in a narrow space on the pedal board, damage to cables and plugs can be reduced.
Changes from the previous versions JB-41 and JB-82: Previously, only one side of the instrument could be connected to the INPUT, but now you can choose to connect either side.
Terminal 4 (8) now supports stereo (TRS), allowing connection of control signals such as amplifier channel switching using a stereo plug.
The DIN 5-pin connector has been changed to a DIN 7-pin connector, allowing it to be used for both MIDI signals (5-pin) and ARC-3 LINK (7-pin).
