Description
Description
The most revolutionary aspect of Fender's electric guitar was that the body and neck were assembled with just four bolts, allowing for successful mass production.
The assembly of each part is basically done using long and short, large and small screws.
This plastic model feel that appeals to men's hearts may be the true charm of Fender.
Conversely, if you have a screwdriver, you might be able to see the guitar as it was before it was born.
This book, born from such impulse, breaks down over 20 different Fender guitars, from historic models such as the Telecaster and Stratocaster to classic Jazzmasters and Mustangs, and even beginner models such as the Swinger and Bronco, down to every single screw.
We will analyze the structure and parts used in each model, and explore the aesthetics of guitar making that are embodied in them.
