The authors, who are both experienced players and clinicians, have included basic exercises that can be done every morning, approximately 30 minutes of average morning practice time.
In this new edition, the size has been increased from A4 to a double-sized daisy, and the layout is much easier to read than the previous edition. It has also been brushed up by incorporating new practice exercises that have been developed in teaching fields over the 20 years since the previous edition was published.

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
