The Momose JB model boasts the texture and sound quality that can only be achieved through "Made in Japan".
This is a fretless modified guitar with an aged finish and non-regular specifications.
This instrument offers the traditional resonance and tone that Momose strives for, bringing out the rich flavor of vintage JB basses. Furthermore, we've furthered our customization efforts with an emphasis on modern playability, advocating for "processing each individual material to suit its individual characteristics, such as mass, elasticity, and resonance." This completely handcrafted, vintage-style production style delivers superior sound and playability. The body shape, designed with a slightly wider cutaway for smooth shifting to higher positions and playability in mind, offers a stress-free playing experience. The head shape, while retaining a classic yet impactful feel, is a defining feature of the brand's identity. While retaining the same design as the rod adjuster, which allows for instant setup, the shape has been revised to allow for even more effortless neck adjustment.
It was originally aged, so you can use it without worrying too much about scratches. It was later converted to fretless and the fingerboard was painted, so it is a full-fledged fretless modification.
There is ample room for the truss rod and the neck is in good condition.
This fretless guitar exudes a battle-hardened air and is sure to be an immediate asset!
