Description
Description
The guitar we have in stock this time is a single coil model that is believed to have been shipped around 1970 and is in player condition, refinished in white.
【body】
The overall weight is approximately 4.7 kg. The ash body was previously modified to a two-pickup configuration, but has now been restored to a standard single-coil configuration and refinished in white. The pickguard has also been replaced with a black pickguard to match the body color, aiming for a 1950s feel. Weather checking, dents, paint chipping, and tarnished metal parts can be seen along the pickup recess fill marks, creating the feel of a vintage instrument.
【neck】
The neck is made of one-piece maple. There is weather checking on the headstock, small dents on the back of the neck, and some tarnish on the metal parts, but the guitar is in relatively good condition. The tuners are slightly inconsistent in terms of tightness, but they still function properly. The frets and nut have been replaced once, and playability is excellent. The fingerboard surface was repainted during refretting. The headstock is 15.5mm thick. The nut width is 43.5mm. The neck shape is distinctive.
[Electrical system]
The controls are a simple master volume/master tone with a single pickup. The pickup is a gray bobbin from the same period, and the control parts, including the pickup, are in excellent condition. It has a rich response and a sensitive touch, while also boasting a solid bottom end.
