■26x32 Thunderbolt 3 & USB 2.0 Audio Interface with Onboard Real-time Effects
The Discrete 8 Pro Synergy Core incorporates Antelope Audio's latest software features to bring the highest quality recordings to studio owners, artists, and recording engineers. With blazing-fast Thunderbolt 3 and USB 2.0 connectivity, ultra-low latency performance, and even greater effects processing power, this audio interface is a worthy successor to the original model featuring Synergy Core technology.

High-quality conversion and 64-bit AFC clocking technology faithfully reproduce the details of sound during recording and streaming playback, resulting in a spacious stereo image with a sense of separation.
Eight combo XLR jacks with console-grade 6-transistor preamps are provided for professional recording. The combo jacks function as mic/line inputs, and the two front jacks support Hi-Z.
●It has 8 DC-coupled analog outputs (D-Sub 25), 2 reamp outputs (TRS), and ADAT and S/PDIF inputs and outputs, and all I/O can be used simultaneously in real time.
The Synergy Core platform provides real-time processing with zero latency, modeling 37 analog outboard gear effects and over 60 additional options.
●Two types of routing are possible: standard routing, which switches the input source for each channel, and a virtual patch bay, which allows for extremely flexible input/output routing using drag and drop.

■Uncompromising AD/DA conversion and clocking
AD/DA converters and clocking are at the heart of any digital recording studio. The Discrete 8 Pro Synergy Core features the latest generation of converters (up to 130dB headroom) and Antelope Audio's exclusive 64-bit AFC™ clocking technology. With this interface, you'll experience a new level of detail in your recordings and appreciate the expansive stereo image.

■Transparent sound
Antelope Audio's discrete preamps are a direct descendant of the great console preamps of the time. Designed with a combination of transistors, they maximize noise reduction and enable accurate sound capture for the purest recordings.

■ Comprehensive connectivity that covers the entire studio
The Discrete 8 Pro Synergy Core packs analog and digital I/O into a single unit. It offers eight mic/line inputs (two of which support Hi-Z inputs), a DC-coupled line output (D-Sub25b), two reamp outputs, a stereo monitor output, two headphone outputs, ADAT, and S/PDIF. For computer connectivity, it also provides USB 2.0 and Thunderbolt 3 ports. All inputs and outputs can be used simultaneously at any time, making it easy to manage the sound even during complex sessions.

Onboard effects and processing power
The Discrete 8 Pro Synergy Core features 37 effects modeled after iconic studio gear that can be applied in real time during monitoring, post-production, and live recording. These analog-modeled compressors, EQs, and preamps are processed within the interface with near-zero latency, without taxing your computer's CPU. Synergy Core delivers the processing power of complex multi-rack setups, allowing you to run effects on up to 16 channel strips (double the number compared to the previous-generation Discrete 8 Synergy Core).
You can always expand your collection by purchasing third-party effects like Grove Hill's Liverpool or Antares' Auto-Tune.

■Rich functions
The Discrete 8 Pro Synergy Core's virtual patchbay streamlines the routing process and adds even more creative possibilities. Aside from intuitive routing, the software's control panel allows you to create presets, quickly set up mixes, and more. Enhanced processing power now allows you to add effects to all input sources.

■Features・Conversion & Clocking●Best-in-class AD/DA converter boasting a maximum headroom of 130dB.
●Recording, mixing, and playback at up to 192kHz/24bit.
●Unique 64-bit AFC (Acoustically Focused Clocking) technology and jitter management algorithm improve sound depth, separation, and detail.

■Connectivity: Eight discrete 6-transistor preamps boast 65dB of gain, ensuring faithful recording of the original sound. All inputs support mic/line combo inputs, and the two front inputs also support Hi-Z inputs. 48V phantom power is supplied to each channel individually.
●8 DC-coupled line outputs via D-Sub25.
Two TRS reamp outputs are provided, allowing you to output the captured guitar or bass signal to an amplifier. The reamp outputs can also be configured as additional stereo monitor outputs. This allows you to use two stereo outputs simultaneously.
●Custom drivers for Thunderbolt 3 and USB 2.0 ports, macOS and Windows.
●ADAT expands digital input/output to 16 channels.
●Expands digital input/output by 2 channels using S/PDIF.
●Equipped with three word clock outputs and word clock inputs that can supply highly stable clock signals within the studio, and one word clock input that can receive and synchronize clock signals from external devices.
●Footswitch input (1/4 TS jack) that can be used as a single footswitch to control the Dim function, or as a dual footswitch to control both Talkback and Dim functions.
●Two independent stereo headphone outputs (with gain control).
●TRS stereo monitor output.

■Features that enhance your workflow●Direct monitoring using Synergy Core effects that are processed in real time with zero noticeable latency.
●Enhanced routing functions such as switching sound sources via drop-down menus for each channel and a virtual patch bay.
●Customize presets including routing, level adjustments, mixer and effect settings.
●It has four built-in independent mixers, and each mixer can be configured for routing, volume, pan, and reverb (Mix1 only).
●Front panel talkback using built-in microphone.
●The front panel features volume knobs for headphones and monitors, sample rate settings, and other key parameters. Each preamp is equipped with a relay-type gain adjustment knob.

●Standalone mode that functions as configured even when not connected to a computer.
