As music evolves with the times, Taylor pursued the question of what truly "memorable sound" is, and the Gold Label series is one answer she presented to that question.

This model is not simply a high-end model using premium materials; it's designed to return to the fundamentals of a musical instrument as a means of making music, and to maximize the expressive power of the player.

This model features a new shape, a resized version of the traditional "Grand Pacific" shape with a deeper body.
Taylor guitars are generally known for their clear and well-defined sound, but the "Grand Pacific" shape is characterized by powerful bass and clear treble output.
In addition, this model, with a body thickness increased by slightly less than 10 mm, boasts a warmer and more open tone, resulting in a wide-range and highly playable instrument.

Furthermore, this evolution extends beyond just the body shape; it also incorporates the latest version of Taylor's innovative V-Class bracing, "Fanned V-Class with Tonal Route," which features special design modifications exclusive to the Gold Label.
While the conventional V-Class prioritizes "sustain and pitch stability," the "Fanned V-Class with Tonal Route" is an evolved version that further pursues greater dynamic freedom and tonal depth.
The Fanned design and Tonal Root create a stereo-like sound where the tone of each string naturally spreads in its own direction, resulting in a high-resolution sound where each note resonates distinctly without overlapping when playing chords.
The asymmetrical bracing design clearly separates and emphasizes the depth of the bass strings and the clarity of the treble, resulting in deeper bass and more brilliant treble.
Thanks to the Tonal Route effect, even with a light touch, the sound comes through clearly, and even when played strongly, the sound doesn't get muddy. The player's picking nuances are more easily conveyed, resulting in improved expressiveness.

This time, the neck joint method has also evolved, and a new structure with deep and precise joining, called "Long Tenon Neck Joint," has been adopted, which achieves rich sustain and harmonics as the neck and body resonate as one unit.
Furthermore, its adjustable angle design allows for flexible settings to suit seasonal variations and playing styles.
This is Taylor's new generation joint system, which balances resonance and adjustability.

The top wood is made of torified Sitka spruce, and the high-temperature heat treatment removes excess moisture, improving the tonal response and resulting in a warm sound that sounds as if it has been played for many years.
The clear, crisp highs and responsive attack make each note stand out, even during solo performances.
The sides and back are made of tropical mahogany, resulting in a well-balanced sound with a focus on the mid-range frequencies.
Because it possesses both the sharpness of the actual sound and a woody, saturated feel at the same time, it delivers a sparkling harmonic richness when strummed and a warm, gentle sound when fingerstyled.
