This is the "Duvell Elite 4Ever," a Duvell Elite model equipped with an Evertune bridge.

The "Duvell Elite" model features an "Eye Poplar" or "Curly Poplar" flat top, a mahogany body, a five-piece neck primarily made of wenge, a four-point bolt-on neck joint, and a sharp, solid body shape.
