Ovation's "2008 Collector" was released in 2008 in a limited edition of 100 pieces worldwide.
This is a masterpiece among masterpieces that continues to focus on the essence of live sound and pursues an ideal form worthy of a commemorative model!
This "2008-5" is the first Adamas guitar to be made in the history of the Collector Series, which began in 1982. Its thin yet robust carbon graphite top, about one-third the thickness of spruce, provides delicate and responsive vibrations, giving it unprecedented superiority in all sound characteristics, including the resonance, resonance, and balance of its live sound.
This model also features a deep contoured body made of fiberglass cloth, achieving richer potential in both overtones and sound pressure. Combined with the popular VIP-5 preamp, this model will captivate the world of acoustic-electric guitars.
This guitar not only provides a comfortable playing experience for the player, but also embodies Ovation's acoustic philosophy of "producing live sound that can convey emotion to the audience."
Furthermore, it features many special features, including a tasteful slotted tuning machine head, a memorial gold inlay on the fingerboard, gorgeous gold binding around the body, and a stately engraving on the bridge. A serial number is engraved on the back of the tuning machine head as proof of its limited edition status.
The condition is also good considering its age, and there are still plenty of frets left, so it is still ready to use.
