A new generation electric acoustic guitar that pursues electric playability

The AEWC series is the product of Ibanez's extensive experience in developing electric guitars.
Among them, the AEWC400 is a model that pursues ease of playability that goes beyond the boundaries of conventional acoustic guitars.

Flame maple is used on the top, back and sides, providing both visual presence and clear sound.
The top has an elbow contour and the back has a gentle arch and contour, improving fit to the body and stability when playing.

The neck has an asymmetrical shape.
It is designed to follow the natural shape of the left hand, making it less stressful even when playing for long periods of time.
In addition, it features large frets that allow playing to feel similar to that of an electric guitar, allowing for smooth fingering.

The bridge uses an original top-loading system that makes string changes easy.
The pickups are Fishman(R) Sonicore, and the AEQ-SP2 preamp with onboard tuner allows you to create a sound that is ready for stage or recording.

With its electric guitar-like looks and playing feel, the AEWC400 is the perfect instrument for players seeking a new playing style that transcends the boundaries between acoustic and electric guitars.

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
