About Amazon Music Unlimited

◎What kind of sound quality does Amazon Music Unlimited support?
Amazon Music HD offers two lossless audio quality levels: HD and Ultra HD. HD tracks have a bitrate of 16 bits, a minimum sample rate of 44.1 kHz (also known as CD quality), and an average bitrate of 850 kbps. Ultra HD tracks have a bitrate of 24 bits, a sample rate of 44.1 kHz to 192 kHz, and an average bitrate of 3730 kbps. There are 75 million HD songs and approximately 1 million Ultra HD songs.

◎How many tracks can I stream simultaneously with Amazon Music Unlimited?
With Amazon Music Unlimited, you can stream up to two songs at a time, including songs you've loaded into a playlist or deck, and songs you've previewed from your library.

◎Are there any other Engine DJ controllers that are compatible with Amazon Music Unlimited?
Currently, SC LIVE 4 is the only one available in Japan.

Many products are stocked across Ikebe stores in Japan. As a result, shipment may take several days. In-store sales may also cause items to sell out. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly; in that case, the order will be canceled and any payment will be refunded.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
