Explorer '76 Reissue Antique Natural 2004

A perennially popular model! The Explorer has arrived in player's condition as a recommended used item! It was manufactured in 2004.
The large, striking body shape, likened to a "lightning bolt," shocked numerous guitarists upon its introduction in 1958, but its innovative design was not well-received in the market at the time, leading to its discontinuation. Later, in the 1970s, copy models by other manufacturers became popular, and Gibson itself re-released the guitar in 1976, using mahogany for the body. This particular model follows the specifications of the 1976 model, which marked the start of that re-production and the beginning of full-scale distribution.

The wood materials include a mahogany body, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard. The Antique Natural finish gives it a striking presence! Gold hardware adds a touch of accent!

The pickups are open-type 496R and 500T. They deliver not only heavy distortion thanks to the high output of the ceramic magnets, but also a clean tone with excellent definition. You can enjoy a wide range of sounds, from warm and rich tones to hard rock sounds!

We've just received a recommended player's condition used item! It's a 2004 model.
There are minor scratches, dents, noticeable buckle marks on the back of the body, dents on the corners of the body, dents on the sides, overall paint discoloration, paint peeling, dullness of the paint on the back of the neck, pick scratches on the body and pickguard, scratches around the end pin at the top, rust on the screw heads, dullness and peeling of the gold parts, cracks inside the knobs, etc., but it's a guitar with a great character! We have performed a full maintenance and cleaning at our shop, so it is ready to use immediately. Both end pins have been replaced. (Original end pins are not included.)
While there are quite a few scratches and dents, this is a highly recommended used item with plenty of character!

The frets have been leveled and it's ready to use. Approximately 80% of the fret life remains.
The nuts are currently functional and there are no issues with their use. The truss rod also functions normally and there are no problems with its adjustment.

The electrical system has been fully checked and is in perfect working order. The front and rear volume pots have been replaced with Gibson-made pots (year unknown). (Original pots are not included.)

The weight is approximately 3.98 kg. It has a balanced design that produces a solid, focused sound.
This Antique Natural color makes a statement!

Accessories include the original black hard case, pre-pack checklist, Japanese instruction manual from the original distributor, and English manual. The key is a number key.

The Explorer is a model that exudes a dignified presence and produces the quintessential Gibson sound!
This guitar delivers a sticky, bluesy sound that you'll thoroughly enjoy!
Don't miss this opportunity!
