Packaged in the same rugged, tour-ready housing as all Walrus Audio pedals, the tuner features a 2.8-inch TFT LCD display that's easy to read under virtually any stage lighting condition, multiple screen orientations, ±0.1 cent accuracy, and buffered or true bypass options – everything you'd want in a tuner in the field.
With Canvas Tuner, your instrument will be your ultimate tool for accurately representing your sound.

The Canvas Tuner has a tuning accuracy of ±0.1 cents.
This high tuning accuracy, combined with multiple tuning presets, ensures the precise tuning you expect, allowing you to tune with confidence and make your music shine with clarity.
・Supports a wide range of sounds
With a flat frequency range from 20Hz to 20KHz, the Walrus Audio Tuner supports tuning over a wide frequency range.
You can tune LOW B tuning such as 5-string basses accurately and with confidence.
・TRANSPOSE
Transpose tuning presets to match your guitar's drop or capo tuning.
Tuning presets can be transposed from Capo 5 (+5 semitones) to Drop 6 (-6 semitones).
・REFERENCE PITCH
The reference pitch can be adjusted between 390Hz and 490Hz.
・IN-TUNE THRESHOLD
Lets you change the window, in cents, that the tuner uses to determine tuning accuracy. A lower threshold value will result in more accurate tuning, while a higher threshold value will provide faster visual feedback.
・Tuning Assist
Tune Assist guides you through tuning quickly and accurately, making tuning quick and easy.
With Tune Assist, when a note stays in tune above a certain threshold, the edge of the display will flash to let you know it's in tune and you can move on to the next string.
Slow, Medium, Fast, and Instant thresholds let you choose how long the input signal stays within the tuning window.
- Bypass option
Canvas Tuner features four bypass and mute modes.
BUFFERED BYPASS: Enjoy ultimate flexibility with buffered bypass, routing your audio through a clean, low-noise, high-headroom audio buffer with 0.001% total harmonic distortion. This buffer provides a high input impedance of 1M ohms and a low output impedance of 400 ohms, maintaining the highest level of signal integrity. When the tuner is enabled, the input signal is muted and the tuner is displayed.
TRUE BYPASS: When a buffer is not required, the signal is output without passing through any buffer between input and output.
MONITOR MODE: The tuner is always visible and passes through a clean low-noise buffer when not muted. In this mode, the bypass switch can be used to mute or unmute the signal.
PASS-THRU: The input signal passes through the unit's clean low-noise buffer. In this mode, pressing the bypass switch allows you to switch between the tuning screen and the standby screen without muting. (Mute is not possible.)
- Tuner mode: Switch between needle and strobe tuning modes.
Each provides a visually easy-to-understand tuning display.

Canvas Tuner allows you to adjust various settings to suit your preferences.
BRIGHTNESS: The brightness of the screen backlight can be adjusted from 1 to 10.
ORIENTATION: You can rotate the display 360 degrees in 90 degree increments.
COLOR THEME: Allows you to customize the color of the note indicators in Strobe & Needle modes.
STANDBY SCREEN: Customize your bypass screen. Canvas Tuner allows you to choose from three different standby screen modes.
