●ReST-M2 processing provides excellent wear resistance and does not impair the weight of the metal...
ReST-M2 is a new anti-allergy coating for brass instrument mouthpieces.

●Features●

- Excellent abrasion resistance: The material is processed in the same way as automotive and medical parts, and is more abrasion resistant than the lacquer applied to regular brass instruments.

- It is expected to be effective against metal allergies. The black-looking part is not metal but resin, so it is expected to be effective against metal allergies.

- Can be handled in the same way as metal rims. Resin rims made to order by the manufacturer are sometimes said to have slightly different shapes and a different sound.
This product forms a thin film of resin directly onto the metal mouthpiece, so it can be handled in the same way.

・Excellent cost performance
?It is cheaper than any other conventional process and can reduce costs by approximately 50 to 75% compared to conventional metal allergy-resistant processing.
Because we use a versatile, large, fully automatic line, we are able to offer our products at affordable prices that are easy for anyone to afford.

※※※Important Notes※※※

- Resin coating does not completely prevent metal allergies.
If you come into contact with an uncoated instrument, you may experience an allergic reaction.
It also does not have any effect on improving the allergy itself.

・ReST-M2 is a coating intended for people with metal allergies, and people who are allergic to resin may experience symptoms.

- Although it is more abrasion-resistant than the paint usually applied to the body of the instrument, the coating may come off and the bare metal may be exposed if it is polished with an abrasive or intentionally rubbed against a hard metal.
In that case, the anti-allergy performance will be lost.

- Use water and neutral detergent for cleaning.
Please avoid using organic solvents, alcohol, or acidic or alkaline detergents.

- Avoid scrubbing the mouthpiece with a hard brush or similar.
This can cause the coating to peel off.
Please handle carefully using a cotton swab or soft tissue paper.

- During processing, a jig is attached to the backbore for fixing.
The paint will not stick to the parts that are in contact with the jig.
There is also a possibility of roughness occurring.
note that.

- There may be some burrs on the masking area or splatter (black spots) on the body.
Also, since a jig is used to fix the part during processing, there may be some scratches on the shank etc.

- As with regular mouthpieces, there is no guarantee against peeling or cracking of the coating during use.

・This product has been processed using ReST-M2 by UPMAKE.
This is not a genuine Bach modification.
