Used Kanilea guitarle, a popular Hawaiian-made ukulele, is now in stock!

Kanile'a is a ukulele brand that has been manufacturing ukuleles on Oahu since 1998. They are an up-and-coming manufacturer that has developed UV finishes and unique bracing structures, and is committed to environmental conservation and sustainability.

This guitarlele-style all-koa body model is tuned to the same tuning as a guitar with a 5th-fret capo! It offers a clear tone and playability that is familiar to both guitarists and ukulele players. (The highest four of the six strings are tuned exactly like a low-G ukulele.)

Many guitarlele models have a tone that is closer to a guitar, but this one retains a strong ukulele sound, giving you a sense of the quality of this Hawaiian-made product!

There are some signs of use, such as scratches around the sound hole from playing that are not visible in the photos, and a few scratches on the head, but there are no large scratches or dents that reveal the wood, so this is an instrument that you can still use for a long time.
