[Gretsch Drums Limited Edition / Brooklyn Series Exotic Figured Ash 4pc Kit]
This limited edition 12-piece snare drum is not part of the Brooklyn Series' basic lineup, but comes in an Exotic Figured Ash finish!
To celebrate Gretsch's 140th anniversary, a limited edition Brooklyn kit and snare drum were produced at the "GRETSCH NIGHT" event held in New York, where Nate Wood played.
It will be distributed only through Round Badge Dealers in the USA, and only in five areas worldwide: the EU, Australia, China, and Japan. Only 20 snare drums will be produced worldwide.
This is a rare model with only one unit being imported to Japan.

[Brooklyn Series]
Brooklyn, New York, has a long history with Gretsch drums, and the Gretsch Brooklyn Series is a series that strongly reflects the individuality of New York.
Handcrafted in their Ridgeland, South Carolina factory, each guitar boasts a distinctive tone that's punchy, classic and warm in the Gretsch tradition.
The 6-ply North American maple/poplar shell is slightly thicker than Gretsch's USA Custom Drums and features a 30-degree bearing edge.
Packed with the series' unique personality, the toms and snare feature 3.0mm thick 302 double flange hoops, creating a new, open, ambient Gretsch tone.
Matched with the 3mm thick double flange hoop that was standard in the 1950s, it gives the Gretsch-specific crispness and a fat sound with just the right amount of softness.
It can handle a wide range of sounds, from oldie jazz and bossa nova to modern pop and rock sounds.
