Seventy Seven Japan Tune-up series

Since its founding in 2006, SeventySeven guitars has been well-received as a Japanese semi-acoustic/full acoustic guitar brand that pursues high-quality natural sound. In 2020, they have added a new lineup!

This new "SeventySeven Japan Tune-Up Series" is based on the guitar-making know-how we've cultivated over more than 40 years since the Headway factory was founded in 1977. To empower players to create rich musical expression, we've fine-tuned every detail of the neck, frets, and other parts that directly affect playability, and we've set up the guitars with the utmost care so that they fit comfortably in the player's hand right from the factory. We hope you'll pick one up and experience its playability and sound for yourself.
The headstock features an original head inlay with a stylized 77 design. Combined with the binding, it exudes a luxurious feel not found in the standard model.

Flame Maple Body: The top, sides, and back of the body are made of flamed maple. Matched with the maple neck, it produces a moderately hard, crisp sound with clear separation, even when playing chords.

Original pickup "AL2"
This guitar features SeventySeven's original "SeventySeven AL2" pickup, which uses an Alnico 2 magnet. Clean tones produce a brilliant, bell-like sound while maintaining a warmth that's not harsh on the ears, while drive produces a crisp, edgy crunch sound. This pickup will expand the player's creativity and create a richer range of musical expression.

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
