The T60RPmk2, which features a solid black walnut housing and a fourth-generation RP driver with a fully driven planar diaphragm that was developed and manufactured in-house by Fostex, has been newly arranged as a closed-type model.
With acoustic adjustments that maximize the benefits of closed-type headphones, you can enjoy these flat diaphragm headphones for listening, capturing the rich sound that only closed-type headphones can provide, trapping only the original sound.
* RP and RP technology are Fostex's proprietary technology that moves the entire surface of the flat diaphragm in a regular phase (Regular Phase).

The housing is made of solid natural wood.
For this reason, each piece may have different wood grain, texture, color, and knots, but this does not affect the sound quality in any way.

● RP driver evolved to the 4th generation
RP Technology's full-face drive planar diaphragm driver, which has been continuously improved using its own technology for 50 years, is the fourth generation, and in order to expand and uniform the vibration area of the planar diaphragm, the number of magnets sandwiching the diaphragm has been increased and the pattern shape of the printed coil has been newly designed.
Furthermore, by renewing the components of the magnetic circuit and optimizing the magnetic flux distribution, unnecessary vibration of the diaphragm is suppressed and the rise and fall of sound with a sharp response is realized.
The fourth-generation driver was developed by fully incorporating the various technologies we have cultivated over the years, achieving improved sensitivity, smooth frequency characteristics that are easy to monitor, and excellent transient characteristics.
By enabling accurate and delicate reproduction of sounds from the deep bass to the high frequencies, the system has achieved even greater accuracy in positioning and sound field reproduction than before.

● Uses a Y cable with independent left and right connections, making it easy to re-cable.
Both the left and right housings are equipped with connectors, and the newly developed Y-cable connection is adopted. The 2-pole 3.5 mm connector improves compatibility with re-cabling and increases versatility.
The cable uses high-quality OFC conductors.

● Comfortable ear padsThe ear pads are made of low-resilience, around-ear design for a comfortable fit, allowing you to listen comfortably for long periods of time.
